Garden and Landcape Catalog merchandise is shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, artisan, grower, or publisher. We process and forward your order. In the case of custom crafted items, motorfreight items, or furniture, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for customer events, building schedules, or other exact deadlines.

General delivery time on featured merchandise is 2-6 weeks , 8 weeks for furniture, large fountains, stone statuary, and siteware. Some Shorea Garden furniture is boxed and available for immediate delivery, but requires assembly by the customer. Please allow 4 weeks for Tile Address Plaques. Felco products require 4 weeks for delivery. Aquatic plants are shipped in the appropriate season of harvest.

Any product purchased through our store arriving damaged or defective will be replaced provided damages or other defects are reported promptly. If merchandise arrives damaged, please retain it in its original packing materials and contact the Garden Catalog. Please do not attempt to repair, install, or utilize damaged or defective merchandise. We reserve the right to make timely corrections should shipments be erroneous or damaged. If a shipment error cannot be corrected in a reasonable period of time, a complete refund will be issued.

Orders of Custom Finished Furniture, Statuary, and Fountains are non-cancellable once entered into production. Refused shipments of furniture or any motorfreight item will be subject to all the shipping and handling charges plus a 25% re-stocking charge.

Ceramic Address Plaques which have been pre-assembled with the customer's requested numbers are non-returnable.

Catalog errors are neither  intended as "false advertising" or as an irrevocable Contract for Sale of an item. Typographical and programming mistakes can occur- if you feel you have encountered an error in our commerce program, we apologize and will gladly make the corrections.
